Physiotherapy is concerned with assessing, treating and restoring normal function in adults and in children. Physiotherapy improves your physical ability by restoring normal body functions and prevents disability that may arise from disease, trauma or injury. A qualified physiotherapist is a trained medical practitioner and you do not need to be referred to a physiotherapist by a doctor.

Acute and chronic soft tissue injuries, joint injuries and degenerative spinal conditions.
- Sports injuries:
A holistic approach is followed, and the aim of assessment and treatment is to prevent recurrences.
- Treatment of acute and chronic chest and sinus conditions in babies, children and adults.
- Post-operative rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal conditions.
